Who it’s for
- Tenants: Keep photo evidence of existing scratches and stains before moving in, so you’re prepared when it’s time to get your deposit back.
- Landlords and cleaning companies: Inspect and record the condition of multiple properties in a consistent format.
When you first open the app, you choose between Tenant mode and Property management mode.
Features
- Room-by-room records: For each room and each area (walls, floor, ceiling, windows, doors), record photos, the condition (scratch, stain, damage, mold), and comments. Everything is saved automatically.
- Built-in camera: Take up to 10 photos in a row for each area. You can choose whether to record the shooting location in the photos.
- PDF reports: Compile your records into an A4 PDF, preview it, and share it.
- Property management (Property management mode): Manage inspections by property and unit, and view upcoming and past inspections. You can also fill property names and inspection dates into your own PDF templates.
- Japanese and English: Use the app and create PDFs in Japanese or English.
Your data
Photos and everything you enter are stored only on your device and are never sent to our servers. Recording inspections and creating PDFs work offline.
Pricing
Free to use, with ads. Property management mode offers a monthly plan that removes ads and adds more features.
